How It Works

Four steps, start to finish

You never have to wonder where things stand — we come back to you at every stage, and nothing is filed until you've seen it.

1

Book

Start with a free 15-minute call — pick a time online or just phone us. We'll go over your situation and agree the price before any work begins.

2

Send your documents

Upload, email, drop off or have us collect them — whichever suits you. Your client form can be filled in online at the same time; it saves as you type and works on your phone.

3

Prepared and reviewed

We prepare your return and check it for every credit and deduction you're entitled to, then go through the numbers with you — and tell you straight away if anything is still missing.

4

E-filed and confirmed

Once you're happy, we e-file directly with the CRA and send you the confirmation for your records. Most personal returns are done within 1–3 days of us having everything.

Getting your documents to us

Three ways, and they all work the same for us — pick whichever is least effort for you.

Drop off

Bring your documents to us in Kitchener and pick up your completed return when it's ready.

Upload or email

Send them through our secure document upload — or simply by email — and we'll handle everything remotely, from anywhere in Canada.

We pick up

Can't make it out? We offer a document pickup service across the region (85¢/km).

What should I bring?

Tick everything that applies to you and we'll build your personal document checklist.
